1. Shipping Information

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or thresholds (e.g., $75+).

Carrier Partners:
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


2. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Avenue Clothing LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us at info@avenueclothing.xyz.


5. Returns Policy

Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email info@avenueclothing.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/style.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@avenueclothing.xyz with a photo and your order number within 3 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
